CHARCOAL GRILLED MEDITERRANEAN LAMB CHOPS

When spring comes around each year I love nothing more than to dust off the charcoal grill and get it ready for the summer season! One of my fave things to cook on the grill is Mediterranean Lamb Chops cooked over an open flame !! Pair the lamb with a fresh salad and some crusty bread and you have an amazing dinner!
