Chocolate Salami

This is one of my favorite ways to eat chocolate! Cookies, nuts, and Chocolate are all wrapped up into nice little rounds! This is great any time of the year but I usually make this around Christmas time. It's also great to have on hand when surprise guests show up and you need something quick to serve with coffee or tea!
