Greek Frappe

Greek Frappe is a tall, iced coffee made from instant coffee turned into a thick foam and topped with ice, water, and milk. Legend has it this drink originated in the Greek region of Thessaloníki by a salesman of instant coffee about 60 years ago and has been a Greek classic ever since! I had this drink daily during my travels in Greece. I liked mine with lots of milk but the traditional way to make it is with just water and a little sugar.
